These terms apply to recurring BiteX–Lite and future paid plans.
Billing cycle
Subscriptions renew monthly on the billing date shown in your dashboard.
Prices are in INR. GST is charged only when shown on your invoice; if we are not registered under GST, invoices are issued without GST.
Auto-renewal & e-mandate (RBI Digital Payments E-mandate Framework, 2026)
- UPI AutoPay, debit card, and netbanking: one-time AFA registration, then automatic monthly debits up to ₹15,000 without additional OTP.
- You receive a BiteX pre-debit email at least 24 hours before each charge. Your bank/UPI app sends a separate issuer notification.
- Credit cards: BiteX does not auto-debit credit cards. You receive a monthly payment link by email instead.
- You may view, pause, or cancel mandates from Billing settings or your bank/UPI app (AFA required).
- Update or remove your payment method from Billing settings.
Price changes
We may change plan prices with at least 30 days notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance unless you cancel before renewal.
Grace period
If payment fails, a 7-day grace period may keep your menu live while dashboard access is restricted until payment is updated (see your Billing page).
Tier limits
Lite plan limits (tables, menu items, staff) are shown in your dashboard and pricing page. Exceeding limits requires upgrade or content reduction.
