These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to BiteX by Shyara operated by SHYARA TECH SOLUTION (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind your restaurant business.

You are responsible for accuracy of information provided at registration.

Service description

BiteX provides digital QR menus, restaurant management tools, and optional ordering features depending on your subscription tier.

Features may change; we will provide reasonable notice of material reductions where feasible.

Your content

  • You retain ownership of menu content, logos, and descriptions you upload.
  • You grant us a license to host, display, and process your content to operate the service.
  • You must not upload unlawful, infringing, misleading, or harmful content.
  • You are responsible for allergen accuracy and compliance with FSSAI and local food laws for content you publish.

Acceptable use

  • No reverse engineering, scraping, or abuse of QR tokens.
  • No harassment, fraud, or illegal activity via the platform.
  • No attempt to bypass subscription limits or security controls.

Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are billed monthly via Razorpay. See Subscription Terms and Refund Policy.

Failure to pay may result in grace period restrictions and eventual menu unavailability.

Termination

You may end your subscription anytime from Billing settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms or applicable law.

Upon termination, access ends subject to data retention in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding three months unless law requires otherwise.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Patna, Bihar shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection forums.
