Staff do not have to take the menu away from the guest. The QR stays on the table, and each customer keeps looking at the menu on their phone. With a paper menu, once it is taken away, the guest has nothing left to look at or order from - and that slows the table down. With BiteX you can also mark items sold out in one tap and give discounts to regular customers.

If I upgrade my plan, do I need to reprint QR codes?

No. Your printed QR codes stay the same. New features turn on from our side. The stickers and table tents on your tables do not change.

Yes. Change a price or mark an item sold out from your phone. The next guest who opens the menu sees the update. You can also give discounts and offers to regular customers without printing new menus.

Both are in the same place. Start with a digital QR menu. When you are ready, use table ordering, billing, kitchen screen, staff access, stock tracking, and more than one outlet - for restaurants, cafés, hotels, resorts, and similar places.

How does billing work if I have more than one restaurant?

Each restaurant is billed separately through Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking). One owner account can add more outlets as you grow - each with its own menu, tables, and subscription. Live checkout uses your plan settings; on our website we list Lite from ₹699/mo excl. GST.

What if a payment fails?

Your customer menu stays live for 7 days while we email you reminders. A missed payment will not break QR codes in the middle of lunch. Pay the due amount and everything comes back on right away.

Is there a free trial or free plan?

No. BiteX is a paid product. On our website we list Lite at ₹699/mo, Plus at ₹2999/mo, and Premium at ₹3499/mo - all excl. GST. The amount at checkout follows your live billing settings.

Each restaurant on your account is billed separately. Three outlets means three subscriptions - each with its own menu, tables, branding, and QR codes. The Lite price shown in the app is ₹699/month when default settings apply.
